Lazio won their first major trophy in 1958 with their Serie A triumph. They were briefly relegated from Serie A in 1961, 1967 and 1971. Perhaps one of the most notable SS Lazio stats is their league and Coppa Italia double in 2000. Lazio went on to win the Coppa Italia twice more in the 2000s and two more times in the 2010s. Their most recent major trophy was their 2019 Coppa Italia win over Atalanta.
In 2020-21, Lazio played in the Champions League for the first time since 2007-08. As a member of Lazio, striker Ciro Immobile has won the Capocannoniere, or Golden Boot, three times. In March 2022, he broke Piola’s Lazio record of 143 top flight goals. Immobile is Lazio’s all-time leading scorer in all competitions.
