Champions League Outright Odds
Man City Favorites, Defending Champs Real Madrid at +1200

Last 16 Outright Odds Preview
The Champions League bets to win the competition. The usual suspects come in at relatively short odds but there are also some can’t miss longshot picks. We’ll take a look at some of the best bets as we review the Champions League outright odds.
The Top Contenders
The only major title that has eluded Manchester City is a UEFA Champions League trophy. Pep Guardiola’s City are as ready as ever to challenge for club soccer’s most prestigious trophy. Amidst allegations that they breached financial fair play rules in the Premier League over 100 times, Manchester City are +175 Champions League favorites. Erling Haaland has taken the Premier League by storm, to the tune of 25 goals in 20 matches. He’s the prolific striker City have needed since losing Sergio Aguero and he’s got Kevin de Bruyne behind him to feed him. City take on a tricky RB Leipzig side in their round of 16 Champions League fixture but are ready for a run.
Bayern Munich have gone through some rough patches of form this season but are still the Bundesliga leaders. They often seem to save their best form for the Champions League but have a nightmare round of 16 matchup. Bayern take on Paris Saint-Germain in a blockbuster fixture and the winner’s odds will immediately get shorter. So, this is an excellent time to bet on both Bayern at +650 and PSG at +700 Champions League outright odds.
Sadio Mane is expected to miss the first leg vs. PSG, which is a big blow for Bayern Munich. PSG’s Kylian Mbappe is also expected to miss the first leg with a thigh injury. The World Cup Golden Boot winner is currently the Champions League’s t-top scorer. Still, PSG can rely on Neymar and Lionel Messi to generate some offense.
Bayern were also the only team to compile a perfect record in the group stage.
Dark Horses
The next two teams on the odds board are last year’s finalists, Liverpool and Real Madrid. In one of the best fixtures on the Champions League schedule, they’ll clash again in the round of 16. Liverpool have often been dreadful in the Premier League this season but still show +900 odds to win the UCL.
Injuries and poor form have derailed their EPL campaign but they can still salvage a Champions League triumph. Mo Salah is the t-top scorer in the UCL, with seven goals and Diogo Jota has four assists. Jota is expected to return soon from a long-term injury and Liverpool also recently added Cody Gakpo to their attack.
Meanwhile, Barcelona. Real can never be counted out, though. They have Ballon d’Or winner Karim Benzema and a world class midfield. Plus, they pulled off multiple comebacks en route to an improbable Champions league triumph in 2021-22. Currently, Real Madrid, show +1200 odds to repeat as champions. Their odds will undoubtedly get shorter if they can get past Liverpool.
Eintracht Frankfurt will have a difficult time contending with them in the round of 16.
More Dark Horses
UCL Group H. The creative Felix and Mudryk both have Champions League experience as well. The Champions League outright odds price Chelsea at +1400 odds to win their second title in the last three years.
Still, it figures to take a while for all of the moving parts to come together. They’re only in ninth in the EPL and face Borussia Dortmund in the round of 16.
Antonio Conte’s time at Tottenham has been up and down. They haven’t been consistent enough to challenge for titles but have often pulled off good results. They recently defeated Man City in the EPL and have an all-world attack with Heung-Min Son and Harry Kane. Spurs take on an AC Milan side that has lost four straight games, in all competitions, in the round of 16. Tottenham reached the UCL final in 2019 but they’ve never won the competition. Spurs currently sit at +1500 odds to win the competition and have a good chance to reach the quarterfinals.
Benfica surprised many by beating out PSG in the Champions League standings to win Group H. They’ve proven it wasn’t a fluke, though. Benfica have an eight-point lead in the Portuguese Primeira Liga and have won four straight games. Despite losing Enzo Fernandez to Chelsea, Joao Mario has stepped up in midfield and scored plenty of goals lately. Benfica also have Goncalo Ramos, the striker who replaced Cristiano Ronaldo in the Portugal national team starting lineup. Benfica got a favorable draw and take on Club Brugge in the round of 16. Benfica currently display +2500 odds to win the UCL.
Longshots
FC Porto in the round of 16, who show +10000 odds of their own. Inter Milan come into the knockout stage at +3000 outright odds.
Inter’s rivals AC Milan are going through a rough patch. They’ve failed to win any of their last five Serie A games and are underdogs to advance in the UCL vs. Tottenham. The defending Serie A champions have a talented roster, with the likes of Olivier Giroud and Rafael Leao, but sit at +5000 UCL outright odds.
Borussia Dortmund display just +5000 odds to win the UEFA Champions League but have a lot of talent. Sebastien Haller, who scored 11 goals in the 2021-22 UCL with Ajax, is fit and back in the lineup. They’ve also got experienced players like Mats Hummels and Marco Reus. Don’t count out Dortmund vs. Chelsea.
German clubs Europa League last year and have advanced to the UCL knockout stage in their first-ever appearance. Still, they have an unfavorable round of 16 matchup vs. Napoli.
Club Brugge kept more clean sheets than any other team in the group stage, with five. However, they made a midseason manager change and Scott Parker’s tenure has gotten off to a slow start. Brugge are underdogs vs. Benfica in the round of 16. Club Brugge show a +15000 price to win the Champions League.
