Toronto Blue Jays Stats & History
The Toronto Blue Jays were founded in 1977 and played in the World Series in 1992 and 1993. After the second World Series, the team would immediately begin to struggle, unable to make the playoffs for the next 21 seasons until 2015.
Many of the Toronto Blue Jays team stats come from the era in which the team was winning. During that time, eventual Hall of Fame players such as Roberto Alomar and Joe Carter led the team.
